Core Indicator Report Selection
Overview Reports for the VTEA "Core
Indicators" are available by selecting the College, Program Year and Report type
above. Each report provides multiple levels of reports. Levels
include Taxonomy of Program (TOP) codes at two, four and six digit levels
for college, district and statewide levels. See VTEA Quick Reference or
Report
and Indicator description and methodology for detailed report
descriptions.
Reports are available in four formats.
- Section 1 forms: The first format provides prefilled forms for use in
the Local Application and Final Reports. The forms include all the indicator outcomes
college (used in the Local Application and Final Report) and by program (at the two, four or six digit
TOP level) for use in the Local Application. These reports provide information for all
vocational students in the grouping (college or program) and each special population group.
- Summary Report: The second format provides a summary
of all the indicator outcomes by program (at the two, four or six digit
TOP level) on a single page. These reports are available for all
vocational students and each special population group.
- Summary Detail: The third format provides a set of
detailed reports for each indicator with special population breakouts
within a program area all on a single page (also at the two, four or six
digit TOP level).
- Indicator Detail: The fourth format provides a set
of detailed reports for each indicator with special population breakouts
within a program area all on a single page (also at the two, four or six
digit TOP level). This format also provides a three year history
on the summary report page.
- Data Export: The last format provides a format suitable for
download and use by softwares such as Excel, Access, SPSS, SAS, or other software.
